Salon Policies

  1. £10 booking fee to secure your booking.

  2. If you need to cancel or reschedule - please give at least 24h notice. Your booking fee will be refunded or transferred.

  3. Cancellations after this time will result in the full treatment price being charged before a new appointment will be made.

Consultation Cards

These are electronic forms that you will be required to complete before your first treatment. We need essential information about health, any allergies, current medications, and your treatment goals. These cards will be updated regularly, and please inform your therapist if there are any changes to your health or preferences.

You will also be asked to sign GDPR Privacy Notice Form.

Patch Testing

For certain treatments such as tinting, lash lifts and other treatments that involve chemicals or potential allergies you will be required to have a patch test at least 24-48 hours before your appointment.

FAQ?

  • How do I book? Online booking via Schedule, select your preferred treatment (don’t forget to add enhancements), choose a date and time and confirm your booking. You’ll receive booking confirmation. Prefer to speak with a therapist? Call or text 07793067626, a member of the team will be happy to assist you. Please be aware we may not be able to answer immediately so feel free to leave a message.   • What if I’m running late? Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled treatment time so that you can check-in. If you are running late, please let us know by texting 07793067626.

    To ensure we provide a high quality service to all clients, arrivals more than 10 minutes after the scheduled booking time may result in the appointment being cancelled and a charge equal to the cost of your treatment(s) being applied.

  • Can I bring my Child? It can be dangerous for children not to be closely looked after and we reserve the right to terminate a client’s treatment if their child is posing a health and safety risk to themselves or others or is disturbing other clients due to lack of supervision. Written parental/guardian consent is required for each child aged under 16 receiving a treatment – a form will be provided prior to treatment start time. A parent or guardian must also accompany any child aged 12 or under during their treatment. Any bookings cancelled due to non-compliance with this policy will be non-refundable.

  • Can I bring my pet? No pets permitted other than service animals.

  • Refer a Friend. When you refer a new client to bare. BEAUTY, you’ll get 500 reward points (equivalent to £5 credit). Your friend will also get an extra 500 reward points added to their account. You can refer as many friends as you’d like.

  • Loyalty Rewards. You’ll earn 2 points for every £1 you spend in salon, 500 points = £5 credit! You can only redeem points on treatments and in increments of 500 points. Points expire after 12 months. Points will not be added for discounted courses.

  • bare. BEAUTY Glow Club. When you book and prepay for a course of 5 Spray Tan Treatments you will receive a sixth Spray free! *These treatments can be shared between friends so perfect for bridal parties, dance squads and girl trips. Friends who Glow Together.

  • Gift Cards. bare. BEAUTY gift cards are available to buy via our website and in salon. Gift cards are valid for 6 months from date of purchase can be redeemable against treatments, and products

     *Gift cards are not redeemable for cash, they are non-transferable and resale is prohibited.

  • Group Bookings. _______________ home of bare. BEAUTY is a perfect place for events from gatherings of friends, birthdays, baby showers all the way up to launch parties and corporate events. We would be delighted to assist you in planning your own bespoke gathering – please email lorraine@barebythebeach.com for further details.

  • Payments. Happy to accept payment by card and bank transfer. However cash payments are preferred.

  • MEDICAL CONDITIONS / DISABILITIES. When booking online, please enter relevant information into the box titled ‘Please list any allergies/medical conditions we should be aware of’. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for an example list of conditions that may prevent us from completing treatments and consult your GP.
